PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The promoter is BSI Merch, whose registered office is at 20 Commercial Street, London, E1 6LP (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Open to residents of the United Kingdom and European Union member states aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families or affiliates are excluded.
3. How to Enter
To enter, visit https://psychedelic-porn-crumpets.backstreetmerch.com/ between 22nd August 2025 at 00:00 (BST) and 29th October 2025 at 23:59 (BST) and submit your entry. One entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, or automated entries will be disqualified.
4. Free Entry and Internet Access
No purchase is necessary. A valid internet connection is required. Purchasing will not enhance your chance of winning.
5. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive: a Signed Drum Head. The prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. No cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
For EU winners, customs duties or VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and notified via email on or around 1st November 2025. They must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or a new winner may be chosen.
7. Publicity
The winner’s first name, surname initial, and town/country may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media unless they request not to be identified.
8. Data Protection
Your data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR (where applicable), and the Privacy policy. Data will be used only to administer the prize draw and will not be shared unless required by law. If you opt in to marketing, you may unsubscribe at any time.
9. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries, or for issues caused by third parties or beyond its control. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or for fraud.
10. Changes and Disqualification
The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant breaching these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants based in the EU may also bring claims under their local consumer protection laws.
The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Void Where Prohibited
This promotion is void where prohibited by local law.
